Step Two - Appeal. If the Union is not satisfied with the response to the grievance at Step One, the Union may submit the matter to the Town Supervisor. The appeal must be submitted, in writing, within fourteen calendar days from receiving the Step One response, or when the Step One response should have been received. Within seven calendar days after receiving the appeal, the Town Supervisor shall meet with the aggrieved employee(s) and the designated representative of the Union. Within seven calendar days after the meeting, the Town shall issue a written response to the grievance, which shall be given to the PBA President.
