STEPS IN DISCIPLINE AND DISMISSAL PROCESS. Employees shall not be suspended or dismissed without observance of the following steps, except in accordance with Clause 6.7 or in the case of severe problems, which shall include, but not be limited to, wilful misconduct, insubordination, wilful neglect of duty, violence, dishonesty, and sexual harassment. The date for removing discipline in Steps 1 through 3 of the discipline process shall be extended by the number of working days that the Employee did not actually work during the disciplinary period.
