Stipends for Extracurricular Responsibilities and Coaching Assignments. 1. Stipends and the applicable rules and regulations for extracurricular responsibilities and for coaching assignments for the 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020 school years shall be in accordance with Appendix B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. For the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years, the pay rate for any stipend activities labeled as “TBD” will be increased using the same formula utilized to increase the base teacher salary. 2. The following stipend activities will be posted every two (2) years at which point the stipend activity may be awarded to another teacher or the same teacher: clubs, student activities, interscholastic sports, and intramural sports. Supervision position will be posted annually at which point the supervision position may be awarded to another teacher or the same teacher. The Administration retains the right to non-renew a teacher’s stipend activity assignment early for non- fulfillment of job responsibilities. 3. Teachers who attend Camp Duncan activity during their normal workday only are entitled to mileage reimbursement. Teachers who work the entire Camp Duncan day and/or overnight will receive the stipend(s) listed on Appendix B. 4. The Stipend Committee will convene in the Spring of 2018 to review Appendix B and to may make recommendations to the Association and Administration regarding any proposed revisions to the schedule for 2018-19 and 2019-20. Any revisions to Appendix B must be mutually agreed upon by the District and Association.

Stipends and the applicable rules and regulations for extracurricular responsibilities and for coaching assignments for the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years shall be in accordance with Appendix B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. For the 2023- 2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years, the pay rate for any stipend activities labeled as “TBD” will be increased by applying an increase over the prior year’s base salary that shall be equal to the percentage attributable to the corresponding fiscal year in accordance with the Illinois Property Tax Extension 2. The following stipend activities will be posted every two (2) years at which point the stipend activity may be awarded to another teacher or the same teacher: clubs, student activities, interscholastic sports, and intramural sports. Stipends for Extracurricular Responsibilities and Coaching Assignments. The amount to be paid for acceptance of extracurricular responsibilities and for coaching assignments, if any, for the 2012-2016 school years shall be in accordance with Appendix D attached to the collective bargaining agreement between the Board and the PREA. It is understood that teacher assistants are only eligible for consideration for such an assignment if there is a vacancy which the District has decided to fill and there is no qualified teacher to take the assignment. Required contributions for pension contributions to either the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund or to the Teachers’ Retirement Fund (if the position requires certification) shall be made by the District from the stipend amounts paid to the teacher assistants.

  • Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.

  • Requester and Approved User Responsibilities The Requester agrees through the submission of the DAR that the PI named has reviewed and understands the principles for responsible research use and data management of the genomic datasets as defined in the NIH Security Best Practices for Controlled-Access Data Subject to the GDS Policy. The Requester and Approved Users further acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that all uses of the data are consistent with national, tribal, and state laws and regulations, as appropriate, as well as relevant institutional policies and procedures for managing sensitive genomic and phenotypic data. The Requester certifies that the PI is in good standing (i.e., no known sanctions) with the institution, relevant funding agencies, and regulatory agencies and is eligible to conduct independent research (i.e., is not a postdoctoral fellow, student, or trainee). The Requester and any Approved Users may use the dataset(s) only in accordance with the parameters described on the study page and in the 1 If contractor services are to be utilized, PI requesting the data must provide a brief description of the services that the contractor will perform for the PI (e.g., data cleaning services) in the research use statement of the DAR. Additionally, the Key Personnel section of the DAR must include the name of the contractor’s employee(s) who will conduct the work. Note that any scientific collaborators, including contractors, who are not at the Requester must submit their own DAR. Addendum to this Agreement for the appropriate research use, as well as any limitations on such use, of the dataset(s), as described in the DAR, and as required by law. Through the submission of this DAR, the Requester and Approved Users acknowledge receiving and reviewing a copy of the Addendum which includes Data Use Limitation(s) for each dataset requested. The Requester and Approved Users agree to comply with the terms listed in the Addendum. Through submission of the DAR, the PI and Requester agree to submit a Project Renewal or Project Close-out prior to the expiration date of the one (1) year data access period. The PI also agrees to submit an annual Progress Update prior to the one (1) year anniversary2 of the project, as described under Research Use Reporting (Term 10) below. By approving and submitting the attached DAR, the Institutional Signing Official provides assurance that relevant institutional policies and applicable local, state, tribal, and federal laws and regulations, as applicable, have been followed, including IRB approval, if required. Approved Users may be required to have IRB approval if they have access to personal identifying information for research participants in the original study at their institution, or through their collaborators. The Institutional Signing Official also assures, through the approval of the DAR, that other institutional departments with relevant authorities (e.g., those overseeing human subjects research, information technology, technology transfer) have reviewed the relevant sections of the NIH GDS Policy and the associated procedures and are in agreement with the principles defined. The Requester acknowledges that controlled-access datasets subject to the NIH GDS Policy may be updated to exclude or include additional information. Unless otherwise indicated, all statements herein are presumed to be true and applicable to the access and use of all versions of these datasets.

  • Engineer Responsibilities No subcontract relieves the Engineer of any responsibilities under this contract.

  • Provider Responsibilities The Private Child-Caring Facility (PCC) (a.k.a., Provider) must comply with the following requirements:

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

  • Duties and Responsibilities of Executive (a) During the Employment Period, Executive shall devote Executive’s full business time and attention to the business of the Company and its Affiliates, as applicable, and will not hold any outside employment or consulting position. Executive’s duties pursuant to this Agreement will include those normally incidental to the positions identified in Section 1, as well as such additional duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Holdings Board from time to time. Executive agrees that the obligations described in this Agreement are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the obligations Executive owes the Company and its Affiliates under common law. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Executive may provide services (including as an executive, employee, director, or otherwise) to multiple Affiliates of the Company and, in providing such services, Executive will not be violating Executive’s obligations hereunder so long as Executive abides by the terms of Sections 7, 8, and 9 below in the course of performing such services.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Owner Responsibilities Owner shall: A. Provide all documentation, records and disclosures as required by law or required by Xxxxxx to manage and operate the Property, and immediately notify Broker if Owner becomes aware of any change in such documentation, records or disclosures, or any matter affecting the habitability of the Property. X. Xxxxxxxxx, defend and hold harmless Broker, and all persons in Broker's firm, regardless of responsibility, from all costs, expenses, suits, liabilities, damages, attorney fees and claims of every type, including but not limited to those arising out of injury or death of any person, or damage to any real or personal property of any person, including Owner, for: (i) any repairs performed by Owner or by others hired directly by Owner; or (ii) those relating to the management, leasing, rental, security deposits, or operation of the Property by Xxxxxx, or any person in Broker's firm, or the performance or exercise of any of the duties, powers or authorities granted to Broker. C. Maintain the Property in a condition fit for human habitation as required by IC 32-31-8-5. X. Xxxxx and pay for: (i) public and premises liability insurance in an amount of no less than $1,000,000; and (ii) property damage and worker's compensation insurance adequate to protect the interests of Owner and Broker. Broker shall be, and Owner authorizes Broker to be, named as an additional insured party on Owner's policies. E. Pay any late charges, penalties and/or interest imposed by lenders or other parties for failure to make payment to those parties, if the failure is due to insufficient funds in Broker's trust account available for such payment. F. Immediately replace any funds required if there are insufficient funds in Broker's trust account to cover Owner's responsibilities.
