Stock Option Price. The purchase price of the Optioned Shares is $8.00 per share (the "Stock Option Price").
Stock Option Price. The option price per share of Stock covered by the Stock Option shall be the price set forth above in Column 3 of this Award Agreement.
Stock Option Price. The purchase price of each share subject to the Stock Option is set forth in the Award Letter, such price being 100 percent of the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the Date of Grant.
Stock Option Price. The purchase price of each share subject to the Stock Option is $ , being 100 percent of the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the Date of Grant.
Stock Option Price. The price to be paid for Common Stock upon exercise of the Stock Option or any part thereof shall be $1.00 per share (the “Exercise Price”), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6 of the Plan.
Stock Option Price. The price for stock options provided for in Paragraph 3 (b) shall be the following:
i. Either twenty five cents ($0.25) per share or the closing bid price per share on the day prior to the execution of this Agreement for the Initial Stock Option Grant to be determined by the Executive.
ii. The closing bid price per share on the anniversary of the day of execution of this agreement of each year for the Subsequent Stock Option Grants. (The closing price of the Company’s common stock on the day prior to execution of this Agreement was: $0.15 )
Stock Option Price. The option exercise price per Common Share purchasable under a Stock Option shall be determined by the Committee at the time of grant; provided, however, that in no event shall the exercise price of a Stock Option be less than 100% of the Fair Market Value of the Common Shares on the date of the grant of such Stock Option. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of a Participant who owns Common Shares representing more than 10% of the outstanding Common Shares at the time the Incentive Stock Option is granted, the option exercise price shall in no event be less than 110% of the Fair Market Value of the Common Shares at the time the Incentive Stock Option is granted.
Stock Option Price. 1.3.1 Unless an appraisal or restriction on the stock price is required by the laws, rules and regulation of the PRC applicable to the Stock Option exercised by Party A, the purchase price of the Option Shares (hereinafter referred to as the “Stock Option Price”) shall be equal to the actual capital contributions paid for the Option Shares by the Party B.
1.3.2 In case an appraisal or restriction on the stock price is required to be made pursuant to the laws, rules and regulation of the PRC applicable to the Stock Option exercised by Party A, All parties agree on stock purchase price as the lowest price allowed under the applicable laws.
Stock Option Price. Unless an appraisal is required by the laws of the PRC applicable to the Stock Option exercised by Party A, the purchase price of the Option Shares (the "Stock Option Price") shall equal the actual capital contributions paid in by Party C and/or Party D for their respective purchase of the Option Shares at the time of original issuance of the registered capital by Party B. As of the date of this Agreement, the total registered and invested capital of Party B is RMB22,500,000.
