Storage at School. The storage of the laptop is the responsibility of the student. When not in use, the laptop should be stored in a laptop case or comparable storage case/sleeve. Students are expected to bring their laptop to each class, unless otherwise instructed. If laptops are not being used in a particular class period, then the laptop should remain in the storage case/sleeve and packed away in the student’s backpack or locker. The student should never leave her laptop unattended in any area of the school.

Storage at School. Damages 1. Schools/PE teachers shall store all bicycles received under this MOU in a safe and secure manner until NWESD 189 retrieves all bikes and equipment. Teachers may request a secure bicycle transport trailer from NWESD 189 to be left on site to store bicycles and program supplies. 2. The District will be responsible for any damages or vandalism to NWESD 189 bicycle transport trailer(s) or the lost, stolen or damaged NWESD 189 bicycles in excess of $1,000 while in the District's care, custody, and control.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Markings If permitted by applicable Law, on or reasonably promptly after the Closing Date, Owner will cause to be affixed to, and maintained in, the cockpit of the Airframe and on each Engine, in each case, in a clearly visible location, a placard of a reasonable size and shape bearing the legend: “Subject to a security interest in favor of Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Mortgagee.” Such placards may be removed temporarily, if necessary, in the course of maintenance of the Airframe or Engines. If any such placard is damaged or becomes illegible, Owner shall promptly replace it with a placard complying with the requirements of this Section.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment for official Association business, including typewriters, duplicating equipment, computers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times and when such equipment is not otherwise in use, and shall provide advance notice of such use to the Superintendent of Schools.   • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Fire Prevention LESSEE agrees to use every reasonable precaution against fire and agrees to provide and maintain approved, labeled fire extinguishers, emergency lighting equipment, and exit signs and complete any other modifications within the leased premises as required or recommended by the Insurance Services Office (or successor organization), OSHA, the local Fire Department, or any similar body.

  • User A Person utilizing the Cable Television System, including all related facilities for purposes of production and/or transmission of electronic or other Signals as opposed to utilization solely as a Subscriber.
