Common use of Store Cards Clause in Contracts

Store Cards. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one Union store card for each of the Employer's stores. Such card shall remain the property of and shall be surrendered to the Union upon demand. Such cards shall be displayed in a prominent place in the employer's stores.

Store Cards. The Union Employer agrees to furnish to the Employer at least one display Union store card for cards in each of the Employer's stores’ s stores covered by this Agreement. Such card store cards are to be furnished by the Union. Further, such cards shall remain the property of and shall be surrendered sur­ rendered to the Union upon demand. Such cards shall be displayed in a prominent place in the employer's stores.
