Stowaways. Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for any and all costs or damages incurred due to a stowaway entering the United States aboard its Vessel. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with security of the terminal due to a stowaway, as well as the costs to apprehend, detain, and deport any stowaway.
