Streetlights. Developer agrees that all streetlights will be LED, and all streetlight poles will be permitted and satisfy the requirements of Texas New Mexico Power Company. (TXNM).
Streetlights. Developer shall install or cause to be installed streetlights, of a type and in accordance with the approved plans and Town standards and of a type that are regularly available from the electric utility provider, concurrently with the construction of the streets on which they are located.
