STRIKES ILLEGAL. The Association and its individual members agree that a "strike" is not in the interest of the children of Kenowa Hills Public Schools; and, therefore, the Association and its individual members agree not to strike during the duration of this Agreement. The Association also recognizes that in Michigan strikes by public employees are illegal.
