Common use of Student Attendance, Conduct and Discipline Clause in Contracts

Student Attendance, Conduct and Discipline. The School agrees that it shall comply with all State and Federal law concerning student attendance, standards of conduct and discipline. The School’s procedures shall provide that appeal in student discipline cases shall be to the Governing Board of the School, rather than to the Institute Board. i. Attendance of students at the School shall be in compliance with Colorado’s compulsory attendance laws, including, without limitation, hour requirements and the distinction made between excused and unexcused absences. ii. The School shall adopt a code of conduct for students. The school will develop codes, policies, and procedures regarding student conduct and student discipline that are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including, without limitation, the grounds and procedures established by statute for suspending, expelling or denying admission to a student.
