STUDENT SELECTION. a. SCHOOL DISTRICT shall certify that all participating students meet the minimum school day reporting requirements as specified in California Education Code 46114 and 41146. In all circumstances the COLLEGE shall claim allowable FTES for the enrollment of high school students in a CCAP Agreement community college course. b. SCHOOL DISTRICT shall select students consistent with the intent of AB 288 to include: high school students “who may not already be college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education with the goal of developing seamless pathways from high school to community college for career technical education or preparation for transfer improving high school graduation rates, and assisting high school pupils to achieve college and career readiness” Sec. 2 (a) and “underachieving students, those from groups underrepresented in postsecondary education, those who are seeking advanced studies while in high school, and those seeking a career technical education credential or certificate.” c.
