Common use of Student Thesis Clause in Contracts

Student Thesis. If a Student Thesis containing Project IP will be published or catalogued in a library, it will be a Proposed Publication subject to this clause 9. If such a Student Thesis will be examined prior to expiration of the Negotiation Period if P2 exercises the option or the Option Period if P2 fails to exercise the option, the examiners must agree to the confidentiality obligations of clause 8.
