Study 4) – Control Area to Control Area. For those situations where one or more Control Areas (CA) are being incorporated into a market footprint, there will be a Flowgate analysis performed to determine which Flowgates impacted by those Control Areas will be included in the list of Coordinated Flowgates. The Operating Entity will analyze transactions between each CA/CA permutation (if more than one CA is moving into the market). OTDF flowgates will be analyzed with the contingent element out-of-service. This study will use Transfer Distribution Factors (TDFs) from the IDC and offline studies utilizing MUST capabilities. Flowgates that are impacted by greater than 5% on the monitored element as determined by the IDC will be considered a Coordinated Flowgate.

  • Control Area An electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied in order to:

  • Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located. If Interconnection Customer elects to locate the Generating Facility in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the Generating Facility is physically located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this GIA, and remote Control Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Generating Facility in the other Control Area.

  • PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTOR (a) Payments to Contractor will be made on a monthly basis and within thirty (30) days from receipt of a correct invoice or billing statement in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2251, known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. An invoice is considered received on the date it is date stamped by TFC. Contractor will be paid for completion of work accepted and approved by TFC’s Contract Administrator.

  • Overpayments to Contractor Contractor shall refund to Participating/Purchasing Entity the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment under this Master Agreement within thirty (30) days’ written notice. If Contractor fails to make timely refund, Purchaser may charge Contractor one percent (1.5%) per month on the amount due, until paid in full.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.
