Study Deposits. Pursuant to Tariff, Part VII, Subpart , section Application rules, each New Service Request must submit with its Application a Study Deposit, the amount of which will be determined based upon the MWs requested in such Application. Ten percent of the Study Deposit is non-refundable. Project Developer and Eligible Customers are responsible for actual study costs which may exceed the Study Deposit amount.

  • Security Deposits The Owner hereby grants the Agent power to collect security deposits from the tenants on the Property. Returning said security deposit shall be the responsibility of the: (check one) ☐ - Agent for returning to vacating tenants. ☐ - Owner for returning to vacating tenants.

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT Tenant shall pay to Landlord, upon the execution of this Lease, the Security Deposit set forth in Article 1.13 above as security for the performance by Tenant of its obligations under this Lease, which amount shall be returned to Tenant after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, provided that Tenant shall have fully performed all of its obligations contained in this Lease. The Security Deposit, at the election of Landlord, may be retained by Landlord as and for its full damages or may be applied in reduction of any loss and/or damage sustained by Landlord by reason of the occurrence of any breach, nonperformance or default by Tenant under this Lease without the waiver of any other right or remedy available to Landlord at law, in equity or under the terms of this Lease. If any portion of the Security Deposit is so used or applied, Tenant shall, within five(5) days after written notice from Landlord, deposit with Landlord immediately available funds in an amount sufficient to restore the Security Deposit to its original amount, and Tenant's failure to do so shall be a breach of this Lease. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that in the event Tenant shall file a voluntary petition pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code, or if an involuntary petition is filed against Tenant pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code, then Landlord may apply the Security Deposit towards those obligations of Tenant to Landlord which accrued prior to the filing of such petition. Tenant acknowledges further that the Security Deposit may be commingled with Landlord's other funds and that Landlord shall be entitled to retain any interest earnings on the Security Deposit. In the event of termination of Landlord's Interest in this Lease, Landlord shall transfer the Security Deposit to Landlord's successor in interest, and Landlord shall be released from liability by Tenant for the return of such deposit or for an accounting of the Security Deposit.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Direct Deposit If you have arranged to have a direct deposit made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same source and you do not receive a receipt (such as a pay stub), you can find out whether or not the deposit has been made by calling (000) 000-0000 or (000) 000-0000.   • Xxxxxxx Money Deposit (a) Within three (3) Business Days after the full execution and delivery of this Contract, Buyer shall deposit the sum of Three Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($300,000.00) in cash, certified bank check or by wire transfer of immediately available funds (the “Initial Deposit”) with the Title Company, as escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”), which sum shall be held by Escrow Agent as xxxxxxx money.
