Sub-factor 1d - Earned Value Management. Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements will be applied on this contract for non-FFP activities IAW DFARS 252.234-7001 and 252.234-7002. DoD class deviation 2015-O0017 Earned Value Management System Threshold, dated 28 Sep 15, has been applied to this solicitation which raises the $50 million reporting portion of the impacted DFARS provisions to $100 million. This deviation means the Offeror is required to utilize an EVMS that complies with the guidelines in the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) / Electronic Industries Association (EIA)-748 to provide EVM reporting to the program management office. This solicitation value falls within the class deviation dollar threshold (less than $100M) as not requiring the Offeror’s EVM implementation to be certified by the cognizant federal agency (CFA) (e.g. DCMA) and no EVMS compliance surveillance activities is planned to be conducted by the DCMA. The Offeror shall provide, as part of their proposal the following:  The Offeror shall provide a written description of the management procedures it will use and maintain in the performance of any resultant contract to comply with the requirements of the EVMS clause of the contract. The description shall include: (i) A matrix that correlates each of the 32 guidelines in ANSI/EIA-748 (current version at time of solicitation) to the corresponding process in the Offeror’s written management procedures; and (ii) The process the Offeror will use to determine subcontractor compliance with ANSI/EIA-748.  If the Offeror proposes to use an EVMS that has been determined by the CFA to be in compliance with the EVMS guidelines in ANSI/EIA-748, the Offeror may submit a copy of the documentation of such determination instead of the written description required by the above paragraph.  The Offeror shall identify the subcontractors (or the subcontracted effort if subcontractors have not been selected) to whom the EVMS requirements will apply. The Offeror and the Government shall agree to the subcontractors or the subcontracted effort selected for application of the EVMS requirements. The Offeror shall be responsible for ensuring that the selected subcontractors comply with the requirements of the EVMS clause of the contract.

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The Net Investment Factor for any Subaccount as of the end of any Valuation Period is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • ADJUSTMENT FACTORS The Contractor will perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors. See the General Terms and Conditions for additional information.

  • Long Term Cost Evaluation Criterion # 4 READ CAREFULLY and see in the RFP document under "Proposal Scoring and Evaluation". Points will be assigned to this criterion based on your answer to this Attribute.
