Program Management Office. The Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office that is responsible for the management and control of the Program Management Plan (CDRL A001) elements in order to support the successful on-time delivery in accordance with the agreed to Contract Delivery Dates. The Program Management Plan shall incorporate detailed production planning, milestones, and metrics capable of supporting the execution of all tasks required by the Contract and this SOW. The Program Management Plan ensures all work associated with this contract is clearly and concisely demonstrated and meets all technical objectives within the Contractor’s established cost and schedule baseline.

Program Management Office. Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office (PMO) led by an assigned Program Manager who shall be responsible for managing all matters related to the performance of the Contract, encompassing both Pre-CDR and Post-CDR. The Program Manager shall ensure that personnel, facilities and other resources necessary for executing Contract provisions are acquired, assigned and made available at the times and places needed to meet the Contract delivery schedule. Contractor shall assign experienced technical and managerial personnel to the PMO.
Program Management Office. In addition to the rules in Section 6.2, the following rules shall apply: 6.3.2.1 Members The Program Management Office shall consist of the Coordinator and the representatives of the Parties appointed to it by the Partner Assembly as leaders of Work Packages. The Coordinator shall chair all meetings of the Program Management Office, unless decided otherwise by a majority of two-thirds. 6.3.2.2 Minutes of meetings Minutes of Program Management Office meetings, once accepted, shall be sent by the Coordinator to the Partner Assembly Members for information. 6.3.2.3 Tasks 1. The Program Management Office shall prepare the meetings, propose decisions and prepare the agenda of the Partner Assembly according to Section 6.3.1.2. 2. The Program Management Office shall seek a consensus among the Parties. 3. The Program Management Office shall be responsible for the proper execution and implementation of the decisions of the Partner Assembly. 4. The Program Management Office shall monitor the effective and efficient implementation of the Project. 5. In addition, the Program Management Office shall collect information at least every 6 months on the progress of the Project, examine that information to assess the compliance of the Project with the Consortium Plan and, if necessary, propose modifications of the Consortium Plan to the Partner Assembly. 6. The Program Management Office shall: a. support the Coordinator in preparing meetings with the Granting Authority and in preparing related data and deliverables, b. prepare the content and timing of press releases and joint publications by the consortium or proposed by the Granting Authority in respect of the procedures of the Grant Agreement Article 17 and Grant Agreement Annex 5 Section “Communication, Dissemination, Open Science and Visibility” and of Section 8 of this Consortium Agreement. 7. In the case of abolished tasks as a result of a decision of the Partner Assembly, the Program Management Office shall advise the Partner Assembly on ways to rearrange tasks and budgets of the Parties concerned. Such rearrangement shall take into consideration any prior legitimate commitments which cannot be cancelled. 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Granting Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: − monitoring compliance by the Parties with ...
Program Management Office. 2.1.1 Program Management (PM) Staffing. The contractor shall staff a program management office at the contractors principal work site with personnel able to provide program management and oversight, multi-functional logistics and engineering subject matter expertise, contracts administration, database entry and office administration. Each performance contractor’s PM office will maintain a directory/list of current LOGCAP contractor personnel, location, funding task order number, and geographical coverage. Each Performance contractor PM office will also maintain a vendor data base. The Program Management office must have 1 full time Program Manager and a designated back up POC. Program management office staffing will consist in total of five full time equivalents.
Program Management Office. Contractor shall assemble and maintain a team of qualified personnel (the “Program Management Office” or “PMO”) to provide national oversight and coordination of all aspects of the Network design, Site acquisition, construction, and installation services (excluding installation of the Network Equipment (but including installation of platforms for the attachment of Network Equipment)), and other design and installation tasks as assigned by Company to Contractor or to other vendors in connection with the Network (regardless of whether Contractor is performing any other services in a given Market). The responsibilities of the Program Management Office, the Work that the Program Management Office is required to perform, requirements concerning the qualifications of personnel, the number of authorized Program Management Office personnel for which Contractor may charge Company from time to time, requirements concerning Key Positions or Key Personnel and the manner in which Contractor shall maintain the Program Management Office and provide the services thereof are described in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Program Management Office. 1.1. Section 12.2.1 is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: 12.2.1.   • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality. 15.2 The Contractor is also required to provide a dedicated Account Manager for every Framework Public Body using the Framework, if required by the Framework Public Body. The service to be provided will be agreed with each Framework Public Body and may include:  regular review meetings, which may be in person at the Framework Public Bodies’ premises, by video-conference, webinar or telephone  Regular catch-up meetings/telephone calls to discuss current and on-going issues  Work with the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to resolve any on-going operational issues  Work with the Framework Public Body ’s Contract Manager to pro-actively introduce initiatives to:  Create efficiencies in processes  Improve the environmental performance of the contract. 15.3 It is expected that end users will contact the Contractor in the first instance to resolve any operational issues. The Account Manager will act as a point of escalation to be contacted either by end users or by the Framework Public Body’s Contract Manager should there be issues that the Contractor needs to resolve. 15.4 Further details of the roles and responsibilities of the Contractor, Authority and Framework Public Bodies are provided in Schedule 4 – Management Arrangements

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including: a. Suspending all or part of the Contract; b. Requiring the Grantee to take specific corrective actions in order to remain in compliance with term of the Contract; c. Recouping payments made to the Grantee found to be in error; d. Suspending, limiting, or placing conditions on the continued performance of the Project; e. Imposing any other remedies authorized under this Contract; and f. Imposing any other remedies, sanctions or penalties permitted by federal or state statute, law, regulation, or rule.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
