SUBCONSULTANT AGREEMENT. 1.1. SUBCONSULTANT AGREEMENT. Consultant shall require Subconsultant to obtain and maintain insurance policies as required by Authority for the duration of this Agreement. Consultant shall determine Subconsultant policy limits and required endorsements proportionate to the services performed by Subconsultant.

In consideration for the performance of the professional services the CMGC agrees to compensate (and reimburse, if applicable) the Subcontractor in the manner and at the rate(s) provided herein.
