CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.
Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.
Registry Functions Activity Report This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-activity-yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-TLD, the A-label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported. PROJECT ACTIVITIES This Grant Agreement is for the Foundational Year only. Subsection 1. Continuous SIA Plan Implementation (a) Increasing instructional time, which may include: (A) More hours or days of instructional time; (B) Summer programs; (C) Before-school or after-school programs; or (D) Technological investments that minimize class time used for assessments administered to students. (b) Addressing students’ health or safety needs, which may include: (A) Social-emotional learning and development; (B) Student mental and behavioral health; (C) Improvements to teaching and learning practices or organizational structures that lead to better interpersonal relationships at the school; (D) Student health and wellness; (E) Trauma-informed practices; (F) School health professionals and assistants; or (G) Facility improvements directly related to improving student health or safety. (c) Reducing class sizes, which may include increasing the use of instructional assistants, by using evidence-based criteria to ensure appropriate student-teacher ratios or staff caseloads. (d) Expanding availability of and student participation in well-rounded learning experiences, which may include: (A) Developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive early literacy practices and programs in prekindergarten through third grade; (B) Culturally responsive practices and programs in grades six through eight, including learning, counseling and student support that is connected to colleges and careers; (C) Broadened curricular options at all grade levels, including access to: (i) Art, music and physical education classes; (ii) Science, technology, engineering and mathematics education;
Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.
Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.
Monthly Reports No later than 10:00 a.m., Chicago, Illinois time, two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustees and each Rating Agency a Monthly Report.
Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.
Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.
Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.
