Subcontracting and Employee Qualifications. A. The Contractor is prohibited from subcontracting this Agreement or any part of it, except to the Subcontractors set forth in Exhibit E., unless such subcontracting is first approved by the AOC in a written instrument executed and approved in the same manner as this Agreement. An agreement made in violation of this section shall confer no rights on any party and shall be null and void.
