Subcontracting by the CM/GC. 11.5.1 Except to the extent otherwise approved in advance in writing by Owner's Authorized Representative, the CM/GC or its Affiliates may submit an Offer in accordance with Article 11.3 to do Work with its own forces, provided at least 50% of the labor by such work unit is performed by employees of the CM/GC or such Affiliate. If the CM/GC is selected to perform the work, the overhead and markup paid to the CM/GC shall be limited to the markups applicable to Change Order Work set forth in the State of Oregon General Conditions.
