SUBCONTRACTING, SALE OR TRANSFER. 19.1 UW Medicine/Northwest Hospital & Medical Center will give the Union 90 days advance written notice of its intent to sell or transfer any part of its operations covered by this Agreement which will result in the replacement of bargaining unit employees. During that 90-day period, UW Medicine/Northwest Hospital & Medical Center will participate with the Union in meaningful discussions of alternatives to the sale or transfer.
