SUBCONTRACTING, SALE OR TRANSFER. Regarding Article 19.2.6, the Union will not seek a remedy from UW Medicine/Northwest Hospital & Medical Center in the event a buyer or transferee under Article 19.2 causes a breach of Article 19.2.6. The Union will seek its remedies against the new employer in that regard.
