SUBCONTRACTING, SALE OR TRANSFER. 25.1 The Employer will give the Union ninety (90) days’ advance written notice of its intent to sell or transfer any part of its operations covered by this Agreement which will result in the replacement of bargaining unit employees. During that ninety (90)-day period, the Employer will participate with the Union in meaningful discussions of alternatives to the sale or transfer.
