Subcontractor of personal data processing. TEHTRIS undertakes to inform the data controller in advance of any subcontracting operation involving the processing of personal data. TEHTRIS undertakes to inform the data controller of the location of personal data processing sites. TEHTRIS undertakes to impose on its subcontractor all necessary obligations, at least equivalent to those provided for in this Appendix and the provisions relating to security, to ensure that the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal data are respected, and that the said data cannot be transferred or leased to a third party, whether free of charge or not, or used for purposes other than those defined in the Agreement, and shall ensure that the said service provider(s) or subcontractor(s) comply with their obligations.
