Subdivision Requirements. If this Deed of Trust covers a subdivision, as defined under any California law, the Trustor will obtain, comply with and keep in effect all present and future permits, maps, bonds and other agreements required by applicable laws and regulations for the lawful subdivision construction or sale of the subdivided lots or units.

Subdivision Requirements. All lots created by subdivision shall comply with Section 110 of this Bylaw and the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw 2019 No. 5382 as amended.
Subdivision Requirements. 12.1 If the Transaction has the effect of subdividing the Grantor Lands within the meaning of the applicable subdivision control legislation of the province in which the Lands are situated then, unless the Transaction is exempt from the applicable subdivision control legislation: (a) the obligations of Grantor to transfer the Lands to Company and the obligations of Company to purchase the Lands from Grantor shall be subject to the condition (the “Subdivision Condition”) that Company obtains, on or before the date that is the one hundred and eightieth (180th) day following the date on which Company exercises the Option (the “Subdivision Condition Date”), (i) all necessary consents and/or approvals required under such legislation to create a separate title to the Lands, in each case subject only to such terms and conditions as are acceptable to Company and that all appeal periods respecting such consents and/or approvals have expired with no appeal having been commenced, including without limitation the issuance of a Transform Approval Certificate which sets out the legal description for the Lands and (ii) the applicable Transform Approval Certificate not expiring prior to registration of the transfer of the Lands to the Company (b) from and after the date hereof, Company is authorized to make application for any consent or approval, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any subdivision approval and Grantor shall fully cooperate with Company and do all things, provide all such consents and/or approvals and execute all documents and instruments as are required to make such application and to obtain all such consents and/or approvals; (c) all costs associated with obtaining all such consents or approvals shall be paid by Company. If Company determines that an extension of the Subdivision Condition Date is required in order to obtain any of such necessary consents or approvals referred to in this Section or to address any appeal of any of such consents or approvals, then the Subdivision Condition Date may be extended from time to time by Company by written notice to Grantor for such additional reasonable period or periods of time as are reasonable to obtain such consents and approvals; (d) the Subdivision Condition may not be waived by either Grantor or Company; (e) the Subdivision Condition shall only be deemed to be satisfied if Company confirms to Grantor in writing on or before the Subdivision Condition Date (as extended as contemplat...

Any electrical closet that is opened with the panel exposed must have a work person present. (e) All electricians, telephone personnel, etc. will, upon completion of their respective projects, pick up and discard their trash leaving the telephone and electrical rooms clean. If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times.
