Common use of SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject matter of this Contract is the Seller's obligation to produce and supply the Buyer agreed quantity PC Prelaminates with chip modules containing required types of chip modules, or with defined combinations of types of chip modules according to paragraph 2 of this article and to the technical specification, which is Annex No. 1 to this Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Prelaminates", "subject of performance" or "Goods") and transfer to the Buyer ownership of the supplied Prelaminates. The agreed quantity of each Prelaminates to be delivered in fulfilment of this Contract is as follows:
