Common use of SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. On the basis of this contract, UPJŠ LF is hereby committed to provide the study to the student at UPJŠ LF in the study programme of General Medicine in the English language after meeting all the conditions of the acceptance procedure at UPJŠ LF and the conditions arising from this contract, and after the recovery of the costs incurred or arising in connection with the provision of study for the student an UPJŠ LF in the English language (hereinafter the "payment"). 2. The student hereby undertakes to pay the remuneration and fees associated with the study and following from internal regulations and from the Law Act on Higher Education.
