Submission of Certificate Copies. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to submit to CITY a copy of the nationally recognized certificate earned in the TRAINING PROGRAM that has been approved in writing by the CITY, and additional supporting documentation if requested by CITY, upon successful completion of a TRAINING PROGRAM for each client funded under this AGREEMENT. Such document(s) shall be submitted to CITY with final invoice.

Submission of Certificate Copies. VENDOR agrees to submit to CBO a copy of the Certificate of Completion (or comparable document) it customarily issues upon successful completion of a program for each individual funded under this Agreement. Such document shall be submitted as soon as possible following the participant’s program completion, but no later than ninety days after completion. Failure to submit such Certificate of Completion shall result in denial of payment of 10 percent of reimbursable training costs for each individual for whom the certificate is not submitted.

  • Cancellation of Certificates Any Certificate surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange shall be cancelled and retained in accordance with normal retention policies with respect to cancelled certificates maintained by the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar.
