SUBMISSION OF CONTRACTOR’S AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLANS. A. Contractors are required to submit annually on their due date, their firm’s Affirmative Action Program to the Division of Civil Rights/Affirmative Action. Contractors must have an approved Affirmative Action Program in the Division of Civil Rights/Affirmative Action no later than seven (7) State business days after receipt of bids. No recommendations to award will be made without an approved Affirmative Action Program on file in the Division of Civil Rights/Affirmative Action.
