Submission of Ideas. Kalshi allows Members to submit ideas, concepts, designs or inventions for contracts or any other relevant topic (collectively “Ideas”). However, Members should not reveal to Kalshi any Ideas for which a Member wants to receive any compensation or credit. By submitting Ideas to Xxxxxx, You expressly agree to give up any and all rights You may have to such Ideas and You agree to transfer to Kalshi all of Your rights pertaining to such Ideas.   • Resolution of Issues In the event issues pertaining to a proposed TO/DO solicitation cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the CO, the CO reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the proposed TO/DO solicitation. In such event, the contractor shall be notified in writing of the CO's decision. This decision is final and conclusive and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contract Disputes Act."
