Submission to Human Resources. The immediate supervisor will then submit the reclassification request, along with their comments, to the office of Human Resources. Within twenty (20) working days of receipt, the office of Human Resources will make a final determination of the position duties, and, if the changes in the position are permanent and substantive, rate the position. a) If the rating warrants reclassification of the position, the request and the new rating will be submitted to the appropriate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member for review.
