Subordination of Mortgages. All Mortgages which at any time during the Term of this Agreement may be placed upon such Site or any portion of such Site and all documents and instruments evidencing and securing any Secured Lessee Loan, shall be subject and subordinate to the terms and conditions hereof.

Subordination of Mortgages. All Mortgages placed against the Property, or any portion thereof, shall be subject and subordinate to this Covenant, except as provided in Section 8.3.3.
Subordination of Mortgages. All Mortgages that at any time during the Term of this Agreement may be placed upon all or any portion of Tower Operator’s interest in this Agreement, including a collateral assignment of any rights of Tower Operator under this Agreement, any Transaction Document or any related agreements or may be secured by the pledge of equity interests in Tower Operator. Such Mortgage and all documents and instruments evidencing and securing any Secured Tower Operator Loan secured by such Mortgages shall be subject and subordinate to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Master Lease Agreement.
Subordination of Mortgages. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage and/or ground lease provided the mortgagee and/or ground lessor shall recognize this Lease and agree not to disturb Tenant’s possession in the event of foreclosure if Tenant is not in default beyond any applicable notice and grace period. Tenant shall execute and deliver documents evidencing this subordination as may be required by any mortgagee or ground lessor within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request therefor.

Grantor and Grantee agree that all mortgages and rights in the Premises of all mortgagees and holders of other liens and encumbrances (collectively "lienholders") are subject and subordinate at all times to the rights of Grantee to enforce the purposes of this Conservation Right. Grantor represents and warrants that it has provided a copy of this instrument to all lienholders as of the date hereof, and the agreement of each lienholder to subordinate its mortgage to this Conservation Right is attached hereto. The following provisions apply to all Mortgagees (as hereinafter defined) now existing or hereafter holding a mortgage on the Premises:
