Subordination of Mortgages. This Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lien of any mortgage and/or ground lease provided the mortgagee and/or ground lessor shall recognize this Lease and agree not to disturb Tenant’s possession in the event of foreclosure if Tenant is not in default beyond any applicable notice and grace period. Tenant shall execute and deliver documents evidencing this subordination as may be required by any mortgagee or ground lessor within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request therefor.
