Section 8.3.3. All employees working one hundred ninety (190) days or less shall be entitled to the 23 following paid holiday: Christmas Day.
Section 8.3.3. LATAM represents and warrants that (a) it is eligible to rely on Section 883 of the Code with respect to income derived from the international operation of aircraft, and (b) it has properly excluded from U.S. federal income taxation under Section 883 of the Code all income received from any similar arrangements which involve flights between the United States and South America. The Parties covenant to treat all payments made to LATAM under this Agreement as excludable from U.S. federal income taxation under Section 883 of the Code, and agree to take no tax, accounting or regulatory position inconsistent with such treatment.
Section 8.3.3. For every regular work day from which an employee is absent on vacation, sick leave, 17 bereavement leave or emergency leave, the hours of the employee's normal shift shall be 18 credited as if worked.

Section 8.3.3. 7 Vacations shall be scheduled at the request of the employee unless such vacation would disrupt the 8 normal activities of the District. Full-year employees shall be permitted to use at least ten (10) 9 consecutive vacation days in the summer between the last and first student contact day.
Section 8.3.3. The taking of a leave of absence without pay shall not deprive a year round employee from 13 vacation credit earned during the balance of the year. However, such leave shall extend the 14 employee’s hire date for the extent of such leave for the purpose of vesting of vacation 15 days.
Section 8.3.3. 35 Should the person at the top of the list decline the work, their name shall go to the bottom of 36 the list and the next person on the list shall be offered the work. Should the person at the top of 37 the list decline the work, the supervisor will offer the work to people on the rotating list in 38 order of seniority. 39
