Subsequent Construction Plan Status Reports. Within no later than every ninety (90) Calendar Days after the initial construction plan is submitted to Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer shall submit written construction plan status reports to Transmission Provider. Such status reports shall include the Project schedule; permit and license status, including environmental, state, and local permits and licenses; right-of- way acquisition status; land acquisition status; design and engineering status; events that might affect the ability to meet design specifications; status of contracts for project work, including land, procurement, and staffing; construction status; testing status; risks and obstacles to project completion; and Project budget status, including actuals, estimate to complete, and contingency.

  • Identification of Construction Documents The Design Professional shall identify the Construction Documents, which shall include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, and all Addenda. The Construction Documents are included within the Contract Documents.

  • Agreement Construction Headings or captions to the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the parties, are not part of this Agreement, and shall not be used to interpret or determine the validity of this Agreement.
