SUBSISTANCE. Crafts signatory to this agreement, if provided for in Local Area Agreements, shall be compensated for living expenses on a per diem basis for all jobs located outside of a forty-five (45) mile radius of the dispatch or focal point designated in the local area agreement. Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming and Washington. When applicable, subsistence rate will be that which is negotiated in the applicable local area agreement, not to exceed fifty (50) dollars per day worked. Subsistence will be paid for holidays that fall within the work week even if the holiday is not worked. This Addendum becomes effective , 20 , and shall continue in effect unless terminated by no less than ninety (90) days' notice to the other party, in writing or on the NMAPC website at xxx.xxxxx.xxx. Changes may be made at any time by mutual consent.   • TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE 19.01 (A) There shall be a free zone for employees working within a forty-five (45) kilometre radius of the Halifax County intersection of Provincial Highways, 101 and 102.   • Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights I will cooperate fully with the Company, both during and after my employment with the Company, with respect to the procurement, maintenance and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Company-Related Developments.
