Any Party that elects to Dispatch its Electric Capacity Entitlement shall install and maintain (or otherwise obtain the necessary access and use of) the necessary generation control hardware and software that interfaces with the Companies’ generation control system at its own expense to implement such Dispatch. At the request of IMEA or IMPA, the Companies will provide IMEA or IMPA with a not-to-exceed price from a vendor that is not an Affiliate of the Companies to accommodate IMEA’s or IMPA’s interfaces with the Companies’ generation control system. At the completion of the installation, IMEA or IMPA, as applicable, will reimburse the Companies for the actual charges imposed by the vendor. The Parties will agree in advance to the cost allocation of any future costs required to modify, upgrade or maintain the dispatch capability of Xxxxxxx County Unit 2 associated with the Companies’ generation control system. A Dispatching Party shall be entitled to Dispatch up to its Electric Capacity Entitlement. Each Party that is Dispatching its Electric Capacity Entitlement will have the right to change its desired output of its portion of Xxxxxxx County Unit 2 at any time, subject to the allocation of the unit’s ramping capability as provided in Article 7.3. Real-time Dispatch shall be executed within the accuracy of the Companies’ generation control system. The real-time Dispatch signal from a Party will be integrated over each hour to determine the Requested energy delivery for that hour. In the event of a failure of any Party’s generation control system to control the output of Xxxxxxx County Unit 2, Dispatching for the affected Party or Parties will be accomplished manually by the Parties coordinating the desired energy to be Dispatched through a contact person designated by the Companies for such purpose.
-- DISPATCHING PROCEDURES. For initial action response to wildland fire among the USFS, FWS and NPS in Northeastern Florida and Southeastern Georgia, the following dispatch procedures will apply. Each agency will be responsible for contacting their coordination center to inform them of the status of their fire resources within 24 hours after commitment to a local fire.

-- DISPATCHING PROCEDURES. Washington Flyer Taxicabs will be entered into the dispatch queue when the vehicle passes through the entry lane at the Taxicab Holding Lot. The Washington Flyer Taxicab operator shall only use the designated entry lane or the vehicle will not be recorded into the dispatch queue. Upon entering the Taxicab Holding Lot, the vehicle's AVI tag will be read by the dispatch system and Washington Flyer Taxicab operator should see a “red light”, “green light”, or a “yellow light”. A “no light” or “red light” signal means that there was a problem with reading the AVI tag or the vehicle has been suspended from service. The Washington Flyer Taxicab operator shall park his/her vehicle in the general parking area and immediately report to his/her company to resolve the “no light” or “red light” signal to ensure his/her place in the queue. When the “no light” or “red light” issue is resolved, the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator may be instructed to leave the Taxicab Holding Facility and re-enter through the entry lane to record the vehicle in the queue. When the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator re-enters the Taxicab Holding Facility, he/she should receive a “green light” or “yellow light” signal and follow the instructions below. A “green light” signal means that the AVI tag was successfully read by the dispatch system and the vehicle has been entered into the queue. After receiving a “green light” signal, the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator shall park his/her vehicle in the general parking area until he/she is notified to move to the Staging area. It is the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator’s responsibility to enter the Taxicab Holding Facility building to ensure his/her vehicle has been entered into the queue by locating the vehicle number on the dispatch monitor inside the building. If the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator can not locate their vehicle number on the dispatch monitor, the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator must notify their company to resolve the issue. The dispatch system will not allow Washington Flyer Taxicab operators to be manually added to the queue. Vehicles can only be added to the queue by passing through the entry lane. A “yellow light” signal means that the vehicle has been granted a “short haul” privilege and the Washington Flyer Taxicab operator should proceed directly to the Staging area of the Taxicab Holding Lot.
