Substitution of Indexes. We reserve the right for any particular Indexed Account to substitute one or more Indexes for any reason, including if an Index is discontinued or no longer published. In such case, we will notify you prior to the change at your last known address. Any such substitution is subject to approval by the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (IIPRC).
Substitution of Indexes. In the event that:
(i) the U.S. Department of Labor substantially revises the methodology of calculation of any of the indexes referred to hereabove, or
(ii) the U.S. Department of Labor discontinues, either temporarily or permanently, any of the indexes referred to hereabove, or
(iii) the data samples used to calculate any of the indexes referred to hereabove are substantially changed, the Seller will select a substitute index. Such substitute index will reflect as closely as possible the actual variations of the wages or of the material costs, as the case may be, used in the calculation of the original index. As a result of this selection of a substitute index, the Seller will make an appropriate adjustment to its price revision formula, allowing to combine the successive utilization of the original index and of the substitute index.
Substitution of Indexes. In the event that:
(i) the US Department of Labor substantially revises the methodology of calculation of any of the indexes referred to hereinabove, or
(ii) the US Department of Labor discontinues, either temporarily or permanently, any of the indexes referred to hereinabove, or
(iii) the data samples used to calculate any of the indexes referred to hereinabove are substantially changed, the most nearly comparable index published by a recognized financial institution, financial publication or university shall be used as a substitute index. Such substitute index will reflect as closely as possible the actual variations of the wages or of the material costs, as the case may be, used in the calculation of the original index. As a result of this selection of a substitute index, the price revision formula will be adjusted for the successive utilization of the original index and of the substitute index.
Substitution of Indexes. In the event that:
(i) the United States Department of Labor substantially revises its methodology for calculating any of the indexes referred to here above, or
(ii) the United States Department of Labor discontinues, either temporarily or permanently, any of the indexes referred to here above and publication thereof, or
(iii) the data samples used to calculate any of the indexes referred to here above are substantially changed, The Seller and the Buyer will agree on a substitute index. Such substitute index will reflect as closely as possible the actual variations in wage rates or in material prices, as the case may be, used in the calculation of the original index. As a result of this selection of a substitute index, the Seller and the Buyer will agree on appropriate adjustments to be made to the price revision formula; such adjustments may include, but will not be limited to, allowing to combine the successive utilization of the original index and of the substitute index, and other methodologies designed to ensure consistency in the numerators and denominators of the various quotients.

(ii) the United States Department of Labor discontinues, either temporarily or permanently, such Labor Index or such Material Index, or

(ii) the U.S. Department of Labor discontinues, either temporarily or permanently, such Labor and Materiel Index, or
(iii) the data samples used to calculate such Labor and Materiel Index are substantially changed, The Seller shall select a substitute index for inclusion in the Aircraft Price Revision Formula (the "SUBSTITUTE INDEX"). The Substitute Index shall reflect as closely as possible the actual variance of the labor costs or of the materiel costs, used in the calculation of the original Labor or Material Index, (as the case may be). As a result of this selection of the Substitute Index, the Seller shall make an appropriate adjustment to this Aircraft Price Revision Formula, to combine the successive utilization of the original Labor or Material Index (as the case may be) and of the Substitute Index.

As a result of this selection of the Substitute Index, the Seller shall make an appropriate adjustment to this Aircraft Price Revision Formula, to combine the successive utilization of the original Labor or Material Index (as the case may be) and of the Substitute Index.
