Common use of Substitution of Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Key Personnel. (09/17) Contractor shall make no substitutions of Key Personnel unless the substitution is necessitated by law, illness, death, resignation, or termination of employment. Contractor shall notify the City within ten (10) Calendar Days after the occurrence of any of these events.
