Subtenants and other occupants. Tenant shall require its subtenants and other occupants of the Premises to provide similar indemnities to the Landlord Parties in a form acceptable to Landlord.

Tenant shall be responsible for identifying and remedying any deficiencies in such certificates or policy provisions.

This Section 10.9 shall not apply to Incubator Transferees, and furthermore, (A) any subtenants occupying more than 100,000 RSF of the Premises but less than 500,000 RSF of the Premises shall only be required to carry commercial general liability insurance with limits of not less than $10,000,000.00 per occurrence and (B) any subtenants occupying less than 100,000 RSF of the Premises shall only be required to carry commercial general liability insurance with limits of not less than $5,000,000.00 per occurrence.
