Subtenant's Waiver. Sublandlord may enter the Premises without the abatement of Rent and may take steps to accomplish the stated purposes. Subtenant waives any claims for damages caused by Sublandlord's entry, including damage claims for: (i) injuries; (ii) inconvenience to or interference with Subtenant's business; (iii) lost profits; (iv) loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Premises. During such entry Sublandlord shall accord reasonable care to Subtenant's property and comply with Subtenant's reasonable security measures which have been made known to Sublandlord.

Subtenant's Waiver. As an essential condition to Landlord consenting to any sublease, Tenant shall cause its subtenant to waive in writing its rights to Article 1876 of the Civil Code of Québec in an agreement entered into between Landlord, Tenant and any such subtenant.

So long as Sublandlord or Master Landlord exercises such reasonable care, Subtenant waives any claims for damages caused by Sublandlord’s or Master Landlord’s entry, including damage claims for: (i) injuries; (ii) inconvenience to or interference with Subtenant’s business; (iii) lost profits; (iv) loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Premises.
Subtenant's Waiver. Sublandlord and Subtenant agree that the provisions of Paragraph 10.4 above, are intended to supersede and replace the provisions contained in California Civil Code, Section 1932, Subdivision 2, and California Civil Code, Section 1934, and accordingly, Subtenant hereby waives the provisions of such Civil Code Sections and the provisions of any successor Civil Code Sections or similar laws hereinafter enacted.
Subtenant's Waiver. Sublandlord and Subtenant agree that the provisions of Paragraph 12.3 above are intended to supersede and replace the provisions of California Civil Code Sections 1932(1), 1941 and 1942, and accordingly, Subtenant hereby waives the provisions of California Civil Code Sections 1932(1), 1941 and 1942 and/or any similar or successor law regarding Subtenant’s right to terminate this Sublease or to make repairs and deduct the expenses of such repairs from the rent due under this Sublease.

Modification Of This Lease Any modification of this lease shall not be binding upon Landlord unless in writing and signed by Landlord or Landlord’s authorized agent. No oral representation shall be effective to modify this Lease. If, as per the terms of this paragraph, any provision of this lease is newly added, modified, or stricken out, the remainder of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Time of the Essence in This Tenant Work Letter Unless otherwise indicated, all references herein to a “number of days” shall mean and refer to calendar days. If any item requiring approval is timely disapproved by Landlord, the procedure for preparation of the document and approval thereof shall be repeated until the document is approved by Landlord.
