Sufficient Graduate Financial Aid Funding. In the event that there are insufficient graduate financial aid funds to support currently enrolled GSEAUs with awards, Management shall immediately notify the Union of the shortfall in graduate financial aid funds and of its proposals, if any, for modifications of this Agreement that are, in the judgment of Management, made necessary by the shortfall. Thereafter, Management and the Union shall promptly meet and confer in an attempt to reach an agreement that can be implemented within existing graduate financial aid funds.
