Sufficient Staffing Sample Clauses
Sufficient Staffing. The AGENCY shall notify the COUNTY, in writing, if sufficient staff, facilities, and equipment necessary to deliver the agreed upon Services cannot be maintained. Failure to notify the COUNTY of any such deficiencies or to adequately provide the Services, may be considered grounds for termination under this Contract.
Sufficient Staffing. The ADRC shall have sufficient staff to provide all required services. Staffing at the ADRC shall be at an appropriate level to meet the needs of customers around expected business hours.
