Common use of Summary Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Summary Dismissal. 46.6.1 The Company may dismiss any Employee without notice for serious misconduct or any other circumstances justifying summary dismissal at common law, and in such cases any entitlements under this Agreement are to be paid up to the time of dismissal only.
