Summary of Provisions. Section 1: If during the life of this Agreement any of the provisions contained herein are held to be invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction or if compliance with or enforcement of any provisions should be restrained by such tribunal pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. In the event any provisions herein contained are so rendered invalid, upon written request by either party hereto, the Employer and the Union shall enter into collective bargaining for the purpose of negotiating a mutually satisfactory replacement for such provisions.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and aware of the heavy traffic on Routes 22 &172 in front of the Hall • If you change the thermostat, return it to the original setting at the end of your event • Your electrical needs should be distributed among the various circuits (chart on website) • Food cannot be cooked in the kitchen, stoves are for warming or reheating only • If you use balloons keep them clear of chandeliers and do not release them outside • Music and noise levels per Bedford Village Noise Ordinance must be minimized by 12:30AM on Fridays and Saturdays and 11:00PM Sunday – Thursday When you leave: • Indoors must be broom clean, all garbage including recycling must be removed and disposed of in appropriate dumpsters behind building • Outdoors must be clean with all debris picked up from grounds and patio (especially cigarette butts!) Nothing should be left outside of dumpster. Close dumpster doors. • All lights must be turned off, no windows should be left open • No food or drinks should be left anywhere in the Hall, including the oven or refrigerator • Do not lean tables, chairs or any items on walls. Stack rentals on floor only. You will lose your deposit of this occurs! • Rentals must be removed by 8 AM the day after your event (unless other arrangements were made with BHS) If there is damage to the Hall, any of the above conditions are violated or any conditions on the Rental Agreement or Use of Hall document are violated, then the BHS has the right to retain part or all of your security deposit.   • Incorporation of Provisions The contractor will include the provisions of paragraphs one through six in every subcontract, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment, unless exempt by the Acts, the Regulations and directives issued pursuant thereto. The contractor will take action with respect to any subcontract or procurement as the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration may direct as a means of enforcing such provisions including sanctions for noncompliance. Provided, that if the contractor becomes involved in, or is threatened with litigation by a subcontractor, or supplier because of such direction, the contractor may request the sponsor to enter into any litigation to protect the interests of the sponsor. In addition, the contractor may request the United States to enter into the litigation to protect the interests of the United States.

  • Waiver of Provisions Any waiver of any terms and conditions hereof must be in writing and signed by the parties hereto. The waiver of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other terms and conditions hereof.

  • Priority of Provisions If there is a conflict or inconsistency between any term, statement, requirement, or provision of any exhibit attached hereto, any document or events referred to herein, or any document incorporated into this Agreement by reference and a term, statement, requirement, or provision of Articles 1 through 8 of this Agreement, the term, statement, requirement, or provision contained in Articles 1 through 8 shall prevail and be given effect.

  • Description of Program This Agreement is established to facilitate an exchange program at the partner institution with students, faculty and researchers from each institution (collectively, the “Exchange Program”). The student exchange program enables students from one university to take classes at the other university while working towards a degree at the university where he or she is formally enrolled (individually, the “Student Exchange”) and to encourage faculty members and researchers from each university to visit the other university and engage in certain activities (individually, the “Faculty/Researcher Exchange”).   • Survival of Provisions The obligations contained in this Section 11 shall survive the termination or expiration of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall be fully enforceable thereafter.

  • Severability of Provisions If any one or more of the covenants, agreements, provisions or terms of this Agreement shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid, then such covenants, agreements, provisions or terms shall be deemed severable from the remaining covenants, agreements, provisions or terms of this Agreement and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement or of the Certificates or the rights of the Holders thereof.
