SUMMER PHYSICALS. Effective July 1, 2011, the District may require up to two (2) nurses to be available at the Middle School for one (1) week and two (2) nurses to be available at the High School for two (2) weeks for summer physicals. Such work shall be scheduled in August each year. Nurses assigned to perform such work shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate. Time spent performing such work shall be documented on a time sheet which shall be submitted to the Business Office prior to payment being made. The District will first seek volunteers to perform such work. If an insufficient number of volunteers agree to perform the work, the District will assign nurses in inverse order of seniority. Alternatively, the District may, at its discretion, use substitute nurses in lieu of assigning a regular full time nurse to perform this work involuntarily.

  • Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with, and subject to the requirements of, the physical provided under the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.
