Common use of SUMMER SCHOOL/INTERSESSION ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

SUMMER SCHOOL/INTERSESSION ASSIGNMENTS. Summer and intersession assignment preferences will be given to full time faculty first. If a full time faculty member declines the assignment(s), then the Division Xxxx shall offer summer assignment(s) or intersession assignments to qualified adjunct faculty in their division who (1) were not employed during the previous summer/intersession, or (2) who were employed during the previous summer and/or intersession. Adjunct faculty in their first year of employment with the District shall be placed at the bottom of the rotation.
