Common use of Sunday Work Clause in Contracts

Sunday Work. ‌ (a) All hours worked on a Sunday will be paid at double-time. (b) Employees working on a Sunday will be afforded at least four hours’ work, or paid in lieu thereof. (c) refer to clause 14.8 for Sunday night shift work.
