Superannuation, Long Service Leave, WorkCover and Redundancy. 16.1 All parties agree to cooperate and undertake the following responsibilities as appropriate for the purpose of seeking to ensure that the Connect/C+XXXX Superannuation Fund, the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act, the Accident Compensation Act and the PROTECT Redundancy Scheme (including Income Protection Policy) are observed.
