For every PO placed with the CONTRACTOR through this Contract, a project superintendent employed full-time by the CONTRACTOR shall be on the project site at all times while work is being performed. The project superintendent shall be the sole point of contact with the Project Manager. Two-way communication shall only be between these two persons so as to prevent any miscommunications and to maintain control of the project scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager, or a delegate, shall reserve the right to order the CONTRACTOR to stop work if the CONTRACTOR’s project superintendent is not on the project site full-time.

The superintendent Designated Representative shall not be changed except with the written consent of Consultantthe Project Manager, unless the superintendent Designated Representative proves to be unsatisfactory to the Contractor and ceases to be in its employ. The superintendent Designated Representative shall represent the Contractor; , and all instructions direction given to the superintendent Designated Representative shall be as binding as if given to the Contractor, and . Directions will be confirmed in writing by Consultant upon to the Contractor. Other directions will be so confirmed on written request of Contractor. Contractor shall provide efficient supervision of the Work, using its best skill and attentionin each case.
14.2. On 16.2 The Designated Representative shall, on a daily basis, Contractor’s superintendent shall recordprepare and keep a log setting forth, at a minimum, the following information in a bound logminimum for each day: the day; date; weather conditions and how any weather condition conditions affected progress of the Workwork; time of commencement of Work work performed; equipment utilized for the daywork; the Work being performed; materials, labor, personnel, any idle equipment and Subcontractors at the Project sitereasons for idleness; visitors to the Project site, including representatives of County, Consultant, or regulatory representatives; labor utilized for the work; and any event that caused or contributed a delay materials delivered to the critical path of the Project; any special or unusual conditions or occurrences encountered; and the time of termination of Work for the day. All information shall be recorded in the daily log in ink, unless otherwise approved by ConsultantProject site. The daily log shall be kept on or accessible from available for inspection by the Project site and shall be available Manager at all times during the Project. Electronic logging is permitted provided the City has full access to such logs and the logs are provided in PDF format or via Procore software at any time when requested by the City. If the Contractor utilizes Procore software, access to same must be provided to the City for inspection and copying by County and Consultantup to twelve (12) months following Final Completion.
14.3. The Contract Administrator, Contractor, and Consultant shall meet at least every two (2) weeks (or as otherwise determined by the Contract Administrator) during the course of the Work to review and agree upon the Work performed to date and to establish the controlling items of Work for the next two (2) weeks. Consultant shall publish, keep, and distribute minutes and any comments thereto of each such meeting.
14.4. If Contractor16.3 If, in the course of performing the WorkProject, the Contractor finds any discrepancy between this the Contract Documents and the physical conditions of the locality, or any errorserrors or omissions in the Contract Documents, omissions, or discrepancies in this Contractincluding drawings (plans) and specifications, it shall be the Contractor’s duty to immediately inform Consultant, the Project Manager in writing, and Consultant the Project Manager will promptly review verify the same. Any Work work done after such discovery, until authorizedbut before being remedied, will shall be done at the Contractor’s 's sole risk, without entitlement to reimbursement or compensation.
14.5. 16.4 The Contractor shall supervise coordinate, supervise, and direct the Work Project competently and efficiently, devoting such attention thereto and applying such skills and expertise as may be necessary to perform the Work Project in accordance with this Contractthe Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, safety, sequences, and procedures of construction. The Contractor shall give efficient supervision to the work using its best skill, attention, and judgment.
