Inoculations The Employer agrees to pay full expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the employee and for members of an employee’s household when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee’s exposure to contagious diseases (including AIDS, tuberculosis and hepatitis) where said officer has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.
FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT AND WETLAND PROTECTION Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management, May 24, 1977 (42 FR 26951), 3 C.F.R., 1977 Comp., p. 117, as interpreted in HUD regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 55, particularly Section 2(a) of the Order (For an explanation of the relationship between the decision- making process in 24 C.F.R. Part 55 and this part, see § 55.10.); and Executive Order 11990, Protection of Wetlands, May 24, 1977 (42 FR 26961), 3 C.F.R., 1977 Comp., p. 121 particularly Sections 2 and 5. COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT The Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. § 1451, et seq.), as amended, particularly sections 307(c) and (d) (16 U.S.C. § 1456(c) and (d)).
Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.
Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.
Chemicals All chemicals are provided by Xxxxxxxx Pools & Spas at additional costs per the agreement. These include, but are not limited to, sanitizer, balancing chemicals, algaecide, & cleaners. 4.
Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:
Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.
MOLD AND MILDEW Resident acknowledges that it is necessary for Resident to provide appropriate climate control, keep the Apartment clean, and take other measures to retard and prevent mold and mildew from accumulating in the Apartment. Resident agrees to clean and dust the Apartment on a regular basis and to remove visible moisture accumulation on windows, walls and other surfaces as soon as reasonably possible. Resident further agrees not to block or cover any of the heating, ventilation or air-conditioning ducts in the Unit. Resident agrees to immediately report to the management office: (i) any evidence of a water leak or excessive moisture in the Apartment, as well as in any storage room, garage or other common area; (ii) any evidence of mold- or mildew-like growth that cannot be removed by simply applying a common household cleaner and wiping the area; (iii) any failure or malfunction in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems or laundry systems in the Apartment; and (iv) any inoperable doors or windows. Resident further agrees that Resident shall be responsible for damage to the Premises and Resident’s property as well as injury to Resident, Authorized Occupants, Resident’s family member(s), and guests resulting from Resident’s failure to comply with the terms of this Section.
TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.
Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. Wet Weather All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.
