Supersede Civil Service Law. The Employer and OPBA agree that this layoff and recall procedure shall replace and supersede Sections 124.321 through 124.328 of the Ohio Revised Code, or any other sections of the ORC in conflict.

Civil Service 2.6.1 The Government of National Unity shall also ensure that the National Civil Service, notably at the senior and middle-levels, is representative of the people of Sudan. In so doing, the following principles shall be recognized:-
GENERAL CIVIL RIGHTS PROVISIONS The Contractor agrees to comply with pertinent statutes, Executive Orders and such rules as are promulgated to ensure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability be excluded from participating in any activity conducted with or benefiting from Federal assistance. This provision binds the Contractor and subcontractors from the bid solicitation period through the completion of the contract. This provision is in addition to that required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Civil Fines Pursuant to Health & Safety Code §25249.7(b), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the notice, the Settling Entity agrees to pay a total of $1,600 in civil fines. This payment will be allocated in accordance with Health & Safety Code §25249.12(c)(1) and (d), with 75% of the penalty amount paid to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) and the remaining 25% of the penalty amount paid to and retained by Xxxxxxx.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2020/2021.
